Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. Your credit card information is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) before it is sent over the Internet. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. Gift A Feast does not rent or sell information we receive from web orders or e-mail registrations to third parties. For more information see our Privacy Policy.

When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged within 24 hours of shipping.
How will the charge show up on my credit card billing statement?
The charge for your order will appear on all credit card billing statements as: "GIFT A FEAST."
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Gift A Feast. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can use your confirmation number to track your order online. You can also email us at customerservice@giftafeast.com, or call us at 800.453.6768. If you provided an email address, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.
How are shipping and delivery charges determined?
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination address using USPS shipping rates. Orders placed by phone or on our website by 2 pm PST will be shipped the same day.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be collected if your order includes non-food items and is being delivered within California.
Do you deliver outside the San Francisco Bay Area?
Yes. Shipments outside of California may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We are testing UberRush for same-day deliveries. Charges are $6 for the first mile and $3 for every additional mile. If you would like to use our same-day delivery service, please email us at customerservice@giftafeast.com or call us at 800.453.6768.
How can I cancel my order?
If your order is presently en route, has already been shipped or is delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we will do everything possible to comply with your request. Just email us at customerservice@giftafeast.com or call us at 800.453.6768.
What is the last shipping date for arrival in time for Valentine's Day by standard mail?
For deliveries within San Francisco, please order by Thursday February 11, 2016. For other locations, please order by Tuesday February 9, 2016.
