We understand the importance of thrilling our friends with on-time delivery of beautifully packaged, wholesome foods. We know that each product we deliver is a special message from you to someone.

Delivery procedure

Residential addresses: 

Please advise the recipient to be present at the time of delivery.  Please provide us with instructions on how to act if no one is available to receive your gift.  If no person is present to accept the box at the location specified, we will leave your gift by the door. No credit will be issued for stolen/non received goods. 

Orders placed after our cut off time of 2pm PST will be shipped the next available shipping day.

Note: We are not responsible for late shipments caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earth quakes, etc...) and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. 

Gift A Feast Refund Policy

Gift A Feast accepts orders over the Internet and by telephone. Phone orders are taken by people. Our gift boxes are prepared by people. Deliveries are made by people. Unfortunately people sometimes make mistakes.   We strive to minimize mistakes and we want to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

Gift A Feast wants your product to be delivered on time, fresh and wholesome.   However, if you are not satisfied there are policies in place to accommodate you.

**Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept complaints regarding quality up to 7 days following the delivery date.

The following are guidelines to accommodate you:

Dissatisfied with the Quality of our Food Products: Our foods come directly from our partners and are always fresh and wholesome. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our food products, please email us at with a description of the problem.  Please include the order number in the subject line. We will be happy to resend a new product at our expense.

Product Received is Not the Product Ordered: Our gift boxes are unique and handmade, so no two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fulfill your order as closely as possible to the product photos and descriptions. In some cases we may not have some items in stock due to production volume variation.  Careful substitutions of equal or greater value will be made. We will always maintain the style, color, and most importantly value of the chosen product.

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  Note: Please verify the information you provide within an hour, as it allows us to better serve you.

Order information change: All changes and updates to an order should be done within 1 hour of placing the order.

Please double check all the information in your order. A $10 administration fee will apply for any changes and updates requested after this 1 hour period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order.  Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or have been shipped.

Substitutions: Due to our order volume fluctuation, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar product of greater value and of similar theme and category.  We strive to maintain a substitution rate of less than 1 in 50 boxes/baskets delivered.

 We stand by our products.  If the delivered product is spoiled or damaged, then Gift A Feast will replace the product at our expense or offer a store credit.
